Art WALLBREAKERS Festival!!!!  Lichtfaktor
When talk of crisis started, we were all reminded that investing in art is a sort of decadent practice. Budgets were cut, doors closed and walls went up … meanwhile, the creative struggle continued as it always does.
Art Wallbreakers stepped in to remind us that human imagination cannot be stopped, and will find ways under, over, or smack straight on through to the other side.
The first stop of this unique pop up festival was Rock am Ring (June 4-6, 2009) where the Lichtfaktor crew presented an impressing art exhibition and gave a visual background chorus th the music.
Next stop was Art Basel, where Art WALLBREAKERS stepped away from the fairs to put on an exhibition and party, featuring Smash137, Ruedione and a DJ set from the Stereo MC’s.

Coming Up! Art WALLBREAKERS Festival at Urban Affairs, featuring Nils Mueller, Peter Fuss, Roa and a special collaboration with the Brot und Spiel Gallery and two of the boldest artists we’ve encountered: Nomad and Abner Preis.
